Here is the story: http://rollybrook.com/flour-tortillas.htm _______________________________________ My mouth waters. I used to have a cow-orker who's wife made him fresh flour tortillas each morning. A real treasure! They arrived at our workplace as breakfast burritos, each stuffed with wonderful breakfast items: eggs, potatoes, cheese, beans, chiles, bacon, assorted meats, etc. Every day they varied in content. She also always made two extras which he gave to favored friends! He occasionally shared these wonderful creations with me. These tortillas were always perfection! The fillings were always moist and delicious, if a little chile-hot for me. A nice memory. I love Rolly's website! Charlie |

I appreciate it that you are willing to do it, and that Doņa Martha and her family are willing to take part. And I'm also lucky enough to know the difference between store-bought and homemade, fresh flour tortillas. Anyone who hasn't made them just before a meal has a treat waiting. David |
