already cooked for fresh ground liver patte. it wasn't something that upset my stomach anyhow.
eating freshly ground and seasoned beef liver prepared with slightly softened celery, garlic & onion the flaked potatoes acted to absorb the fluids better to allow the making of bite sized portions. froze until timed to slightly warm after thawing made my mouth water for a mellow glass of CA state merlot wine , preferably a vintage 2002. the recipe was from a book entitled "the sneaky organic cook". |
