Hi
I'm trying to find out how long I can safely keep plain (real) yogurt after opening. I've googled and looked at faqs, but haven't found out. The plan is to open it, add tinned peaches, and store, for if possible several days in the fridge. thanks, NT |

Like 3 or 4. Yogurt's "bad" to begin with because of what it is. It'll keep for quite a while, getting tangier and tangier. It will separate, just pour off the liquid that forms. It's truly bad when it gets moldy spots on it. B/ |
