Default Pickle relish

Pickle relish is done, ended up with 11 !/2 pints. Hope cukes grow fast
now as we would like to double that number.

Chilled the half pint without BWB and just tasted it, really good.

So, today, pickle relish and peach jam, plus a bun pan of chopped okra
and another of chopped sweet chiles. A productive day all around, makes
me wonder what tomorrow will bring.

Dinner tonight was a few taquitos plus a nice tossed salad with hard
boiled egg, lettuce, carrots, cherry tomatoes, cukes, sweet chiles, and
sweet onion, topped with a bottled Ranch dressing. Dessert was toasted
banana nut bread, made over the weekend, topped with cherry jam. Had
iced green tea with lemon for the drink.
