Default Zucchini Land

Kirby and other pickling cukes are out of my price range this year.
How about zucchini pickles and relishes? How do they come out? I have
seen recipes for them, never had or made them. I can get zucchini
cheap cheap cheap the next few weeks.

Gosh I love pickles. I only put up a few quarts and a bunch of pints
last season, ran out in January or February. I was depressed. Nothing
like some snazzy pickles to cheer up a winter cheese sandwich.
