This is very good news. Who knew that sausages could be such a
healthful snack??? Just make sure you use sausages that are not full of
cereal fillers -- carbs, doncha know.

P.S. I don't think you posted that here; you asked about it here, then
posted a recipe in rec.food.cooking a week later. I only mention it
because others might want to look up the recipe (it looked pretty good
actually.) Search in Google Groups for "pickled moosemeat sausages",
without the quotes.
