For as long as we've been making jelly, today is the first time our jelly
did not gel. It's kind of a thick juice. We bought two new boxes of pectin but both batches didn't turn out. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks. |

Anyone have any ideas? How long have you waited for it to set? If two weeks and it still hasn't set, follow the directions here to reset it: http://www.homecanning.com/usa/alfaq.asp Don't ask me how I know that works... B/ |
