I've used commercially dehydrated mushrooms before and I just
rehydrate them and use them as regular mushrooms, even make mushroom
soup with them. I'd use the powder the same way or like she said as
an herb to dust meat with.

I am using it on lots of things now and it is all good I just set some
mushrooms to dry again last night. We get a lot of twofers (2 for the price
of one) in our spmkts so now I take advantage of the mushroom twofers
