Default blue garlic :)

Thought of you all today as I pickled a small batch of green tomatoes and some of the garlic immediately turned bluish as it boiled in the vinegar brine.

Seems to me my very first post on rfp was to ask about it...and wondered if you still got the occasional newb popping in asking the exact same question
