Hi!
I wanted to invite you to visit my website, DietFacts.com. This project started 10 years ago when my father was diagnosed with diabetes. He really enjoys dining out with family and friends but wasn't sure what he could eat. So I began to collect restaurant nutrition guides and food labels. Now the DietFacts database contains hundreds of restaurants and around 30,000 food items. If you don't see your favorite food or restaurant listed, please let me know! To see the list of restaurants, go he http://www.DietFacts.com/fastfood Or to search the entire databse, try this: http://www.DietFacts.com/find Enjoy! ___ |

![]() I made a nutrition spreadsheet for my computer in the early 90's. It's a DOS program and is on my website under "food". It's free. As well as nutrition it also includes cost, weight, and volume calculations, the latter two for camping where weight and volume are important. I used nutrition books as sources of data, and prices from local stores. It's not difficult to make your own nutrition spreadsheet. It just take a bit of time. The one I made has been saving me money on food ever since. -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ William R Watt National Capital FreeNet Ottawa's free community network homepage: www.ncf.ca/~ag384/top.htm warning: non-FreeNet email must have "notspam" in subject or it's returned |
