Default Potato Mojo freezing...

Hi, Im new to the group and I just want to ask everyone's opinion. I
want to make some potato mojos, I have the ingredients for it and
everything. The 3 main components for it are the; 1. Potato(DUH) 2.
Flour mixture with spices 3. Milk.

Here's the tough part...I want to preserve the potato mojos in such a
way that I dip it in milk and flour then wake up the next day(or couple
of days) JUST to fry it. Is it possible if I just dip it in milk, let
it go all out in the flour mixture then......FREEZE it and bring it out
once its ready to be fried??? Please help me. I also aspire in
porducing this commercially one of these days..

THANKS!!!
