![]() I just ordered a pressure canner (Wisconsin 21qt) from Amazon for $115 (plus a $20 amazon certificate to arrive later). It was a good deal, and I couldn't pass it up. I've never pressure canned before, and my canning books don't seem to have alot of info about it. Can anyone recommend a good book? Thanks much- Jeneen |

Thanks! I have the Ball book, but forgot to check it for pressure canning info. I'll take a look. Jeneen |
