Default Apple pie filling -freeze or can?

I have bushels and bushels of Johathan apples and I need to think of
things to do with them so any ideas and recipes are welcome. I have
applesauce and cranberry applesauce.

Now, I love making apple crisps.......so do you think it is better to
freeze the pie filling or can it? Recipes appreciated.
Thank you.

A horse apiece, IMO. Freezing would be less work, IMO.
