I'm trying to find a good recipe for making hotdogs. The web seems to
be awash in sausage recipes except for the lowly hotdog. Does anyone have a good one they would like to share? Fred |

The spices look about right, but I might use marjoram and some white pepper instead of ginger. The mix should look about like bubble gum after you grind it. Stuff into lamb casings instead of 6" rounds. http://home.att.net/~g.m.fowler/fram...imentoLoaf.txt Best regards, Bob |

The reason we make our own franks is so we don't have to eat that stuff. If you want to eat lips buy your franks at the local supermarket. -- Reg email: RegForte (at) (that free MS email service) (dot) com |
