Default Canning Cherries

I picked 40 lbs of cherries the other day, froze most of them, but can
you can cherries?? planning on going back to pick a few more pounds if
you can....

The Ball Blue Book lists several recipes for preserving cherries
including canning and drying. Cherry jam is my DH's favourite!
