My currants are ripening: red, pink, white and black. The best
flavor combination I've found so far is black currant with orange. The others I've combined with orange or peach or cherry. Anybody have any currant combos that are really good? Thanks, Dianna _______________________________________________ To reply, please remove "fluff" from my address. |

Raspberry & Red Currant jam is my favourite. Also, my old bernardin book has a recipe for Apricot & Red Currant. If you are interested, I will find the recipe & post it. alexis |
