Subject: Giblet Gravy????? Giblet Gravy Take the giblets out of the paper bag and put in a pot with water to cover,bring to a boil and then lower the heat and simmer until cooked. Do not use the liver in with the rest of the giblets. When everything is cooked remove the giblets and chop finely. Skim the liquid in the pot and use some of it in the gravy.
