Baked Rice

purchased from Parnell Estate in Canton, Texas
Dated 1966. This is good but I add jalapeno peppers and pimentos to mine.

2 cups uncooked rice
1 can beef broth
1 can onion soup
1 1/2 cans water
1 stick margarine, melted
8 10 fresh mushrooms chopped

Mix all ingredients and bake in covered casserole dish at 350 for 1 hour.
