Default Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Garlic Parmesan Pasta

1 lb. Thin spaghetti
4 cloves garlic, crushed, peeled, minced
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped
1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Boil the water to cook the pasta. In a large frying pan, saute' the garlic
and hot pepper in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain the pasta and add it
to the pan. Toss with the oil, add the parsley and grated Parmesan cheese,
and mix thoroughly. Heat for 1 minute.

Serves 6.
