I have never baked or grilled salmon before. I need an easy recipe for
a salmon that my father brought home from Alaska; the fish is frozen
solid. but I think its been cleaned out.

Grilled or Baked Salmon

I read that someone was looking for an easy recipe for Baked or Grilled Salmon.

Long string cut Red and Green Peppers
Onions (cut 1/4 moon shape)
Green onions
Italian Parsley
Dash of Salt (optional)
Lemon Juice
An all seasoning with Garlic/herbs (no Salt)(optional)
Olive Oil

Mix all above ingredients together; lay the salmon in aluminum foil or a pan with
cover oven safe, and cover the salmon with the mixture and let bake for about 20
to 25 minutes. You do not want the Salmon to be dry. If grilling, marinate the
salmon in the mixture for a bit and lay on the grill and as it cooks, brush the
salmon with the lemon/herb juice.

It is great with a side of veggies or salad and rice.

You can also use this recipe using all types of seasoning, such as the sour
orange seasoning can also be added to the one above with or without the lemon,
but you do not want it to be too zesty. I've used both moderately, it was very
good.

You may want to defrost the salmon at room temperature to try and keep the
freshness and so it doesn't get dry in the microwave. Although I have cooked one
that was frozen, it took a bit longer to cook, but it tasted good anyway. Hope
