Kay's Special Potato Salad

5 lbs. red potatoes
1 small onion, diced
8 hard-boiled eggs, diced

Dressing:
2 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. white sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 1/2 c. mayonaise
4 T. vinegar

Combine dressing ingredients until well blended. Boil 5 lbs. of red
potatoes with skin on; drain and let cool; peel and cube. In a large bowl
combine potatoes, onion, hard-boiled eggs, and dressing. Garnish with
paprika.
