Teriyaki Salmon
This is quick and simple to make but very delicious. I have a George Foreman Grill that I use but this could be done on a regular grill or in the oven. Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 20 ounces salmon fillets -- cut in 4 pieces 3 tablespoons light soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar 1 teaspoon ginger root -- minced 1 clove garlic -- minced 1 tablespoon sherry 1 tablespoon brown sugar Mix all ingredients except salmon fillets together in a glass or plastic bowl or a Ziploc bag. Add salmon fillets and let marinate for at least one hour or up to 8 hours. Remove salmon from marinade and either grill or broil for 2 to 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 218 Calories; 8g Fat (36.2% calories from fat); 29g Protein; 4g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 74mg Cholesterol; 550mg Sodium.
