Casserole Squash

Yield: 1 - 3 cup casserole or 6 servings

2 cups mashed acorn squash
1/4 cup butter, soft
3 Tablespoon honey
Grated rind of 1/2 lemon
1/4 teaspoon salt

Stir together the squash, butter, honey, rind and salt. Turn into a
buttered 3-cup casserole. Bake at 325 degrees until thoroughly hot, about
30 minutes.
