I am trying to locate the recipe for bread pudding that appeared in the Houston Chronicle
several years ago for the recipe used at Papadeaux's, a Houston-based New Orleans-style

Does anybody have a recipe for a black bean and corn salsa that has a
can of diced tomatoes included in it. It also included some kind of oil
and hot peppers (not too hot). It was served with tortilla "scoops".
