Peas in Sour Cream Dill Sauce
2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine 1 Tbsp Flour 1 1/4 cup Milk 1 tsp dried Dill weed 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Onion Powder 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Peas, thawed 1/2 cup Sour Cream Melt butter over medium heat. Add flour; cook, stirring until mixture is foamy. Slowly stir in milk Add dill weed, salt and onion powder stirring until smooth, thick and boiling. Add peas and sour cream.
