Default None Such Mincemeat Spiced Apple Crisp

None Such Mincemeat Spiced Apple Crisp

Servings: Makes 8 servings
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 35 to 45 minutes

6 cups sliced apples, cut 1/2-to 3/4-inch thick
1 and 1/3 cups (one-half 27-ounce jar) None Such Mincemeat (Regular or Brandy
& Rum)
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup (old fashioned or quick-cooking) oats
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened

Preheat over to 375 degrees. Lightly spray 8-or 9-inch square baking pan with
non-stick cooking spray. Combine apples and None Such in prepared pan and mix
thoroughly.
In large bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and oats; cut in butter
until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over fruit mixture.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm with whipped
topping or ice cream. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.

Tip: If topping begins to brown too quickly, tent with a piece of foil.
