None Such Mincemeat Spiced Apple Crisp
Servings: Makes 8 servings Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 35 to 45 minutes 6 cups sliced apples, cut 1/2-to 3/4-inch thick 1 and 1/3 cups (one-half 27-ounce jar) None Such Mincemeat (Regular or Brandy & Rum) 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/2 cup (old fashioned or quick-cooking) oats 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened Preheat over to 375 degrees. Lightly spray 8-or 9-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Combine apples and None Such in prepared pan and mix thoroughly. In large bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and oats; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over fruit mixture. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
