Crock Pot Pineapple Ham

4 lb ham- bone in
10 whole cloves
20 oz can crushed pineapple undrained
1 Tbsp cornstarch
18 oz jar of pineapple-apricot or all pineapple preserves
1/4 cup dried sour cherries or cranberries
1/4 cup golden raisins

Stud ham with cloves and place in crock pot. Drain the juice from pineapple and
combine with cornstarch . Add and stir in the preserves and spoon over the ham.
Cook low 5 to 7 hours and add the raisins and cherries and cook one hour more.
Remove ham and let stand 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with the sauce This
recipes also works well with a beef roast ( just add cloves to the sauce )

Serves: 6
