Crock Pot Pineapple Ham
submitted by butterflydog from NY, US 4 lb ham- bone in 10 whole cloves 20 oz can crushed pineapple undrained 1 Tbsp cornstarch 18 oz jar of pineapple-apricot or all pineapple preserves 1/4 cup dried sour cherries or cranberries 1/4 cup golden raisins Stud ham with cloves and place in crock pot. Drain the juice from pineapple and combine with cornstarch . Add and stir in the preserves and spoon over the ham. Cook low 5 to 7 hours and add the raisins and cherries and cook one hour more. Remove ham and let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
