Fruitie Smoothie Orange Cheesecake Smoothie Creamsicle Smoothie Peach Honey Freeze Peach Honey Freeze Low-Fat Orange Smoothie Peach Apple Smoothie Banana Smoothie 2 bananas 1/3 cup orange juice 1/3 cup fat-free chocolate rice milk 2 tablespoons pure peanut butter (or tahini) about 6 ice cubes Combine all in a blender until smooth. Fruitie Smoothie 8 oz strawberry yogurt 1 banana, frozen in 1 inch chunks 2 to 4 oz orange juice Put ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Orange Cheesecake Smoothie 1 cup orange sherbet 1 cup buttermilk Blend and enjoy! Creamsicle Smoothie 2 cups cantaloupe chunks 1 cup orange juice 1 Tbsp honey 1 tsp vanilla ice cubes (optional, to thicken) Blend all in blender until smooth. Peach Honey Freeze fresh peaches, cut into wedges honey lemon juice ice cubes Fill a blender 1/3 full with peaches, douse them with a half-cup of honey or corn syrup, splash in about a tsp of lemon juice, and fill the blender with ice cubes. Aerate all to heck. Serve with straws. A full blender serves 2-4 people, depending on how hot the day is. Low-Fat Orange Smoothie 4 cups nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt 3 cups lowfat milk 1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Makes 4 servings. Peach Apple Smoothie 2 8-ounce carton low fat peach yogurt 1 6-ounce can frozen apple juice concentrate 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional) 4 ice cubes Add each of the ingredients in the order listed to a blender.
