Easy Egg Casserole

5 eggs
6 oz (1 carton) of plain nonfat yogurt
4 thin slices of deli ham *
A1/2 cup grated swiss or mozzarella cheese (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a square glass pan or pie plate then
place ham and in the bottom. In a bowl, beat eggs and yogurt together
until blended. Pour egg mixture over ham. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for
20-25 minutes.

*Cooked sausage can be substituted for the ham.
