Amish friends gave me this recipe after we had it at a frolic (work party)
not macaroni and cheese, but better

Beef and Macaroni Casserole

- Recipe from Anna Hertzler - Soon to be Raber

1 lb Ground beef
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 cup catsup
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup onion
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. cooked macaroni
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup salad dressing
1 cup grated cheese
1 tsp cup bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Margarine

Mix beef, eggs, catsup, milk, onion and salt Mix macaroni, mustard,
pepper and salad dressing. Spread Macaroni mixture in a 2 qt dish.
Spread beef mixture over the top. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with
buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
