I am looking for a recipe that was/is in a King Arthur Flour recipe book
that is for walnut shaped cookies using a specialty mold with a chocolate
marzipan filling sandwiching the two halves together. I do believe this
recipe is of European derivation.

When I was a child, my grandmother used to make stewed prunes with
raisins. As I remember, it also had cinnamon and nutmeg seasoning. I've
tried to make it several times on my own, but it never tastes quite right.

Houston's Firehouse Chili

I am looking for the recipe for the chili that is served at Houston's
restaurant on Saturdays only. It is called "Firehouse Chili." It is full
bodied, meaty with few beans. The chili powder is not overpowering. I
make a homemade chili and chili seasonings (a requested gift) but my
husband and I agree that Houston's firehouse chili is the best we've ever
