Requested: Dairy Queen Cake
Does anyone have a recipe for the dairy queen cake or a similar ice cream
cake? I want to make this for my son's baptism lunch.


Ice Cream Cake

1 2 Litre box chocolate ice cream
1 2 Litre box vanilla ice cream
24 cookies (use oreo cookies without the filling)
chocolate syrup
10-inch springform pan

Soften chocolate ice cream and scoop into pan. Press down and put in freezer.
Crush cookies with a rolling pin or with a mallet into large crumbs. Take cake
out of freezer and sprinkle crumbs over choc. layer. Squirt choc. syrup over
cookie crumbs. Soften vanilla ice cream and press over top of crumbs. Decorate
the top with more syrup and crumbs. Freeze cake until solid.
