Marshmallow-Crisp Brownies

1 19 to 21 1/2 oz package fudge brownie mix
1 10 oz package tiny marshmallows
1 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate pieces
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups crisp rice cereal

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions, using a 13x9x2 inch
pan and the directions for chewy brownies. Bake according to directions.
Sprinkle baked brownies with marshmallows and return to oven for 3 to 5
minutes or till golden. Cool in the pan on a wire rack.
In a saucepan, combine chocolate pieces, peanut butter and butter or
margarine. Heat and stir till the chocolate is melted. Remove from heat;
stir in the cereal. Pour evenly over marshmallows.
Refrigerate till topping is set. Cut into bars. Serve at room temperature.
