Hi,
Today I had a slice of "harvest bread" at the Blue Butterfly Coffee Co. in
El Segundo CA. It was a dark brown color (unlike pumpkin bread) it had
shredded zucchini and carrot and most importantly whole grains...unknown
to me- not like oats, more like seeds - like sunflower but smaller. It was
descibed as very healthy. Thnaks for your help.
