Default Chicken Teriyaki

Chicken Teriyaki

Prep: 15 minutes.
Refrigerate: 3 hours or overnight
Broil: 8 minutes

3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
3 Tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 Tablespoons olive oil
4 chicken cutlets, partially halved horizontally, opened like a book
1 package (about 8 ounces) soba noodles OR: vermicelli
2 green onions, sliced

Mix teriyaki, honey, garlic, oil in pan. Add chicken. Refrigerate, covered, 3
hours or overnight. Broil chicken on broiler-pan rack 4 to 5 minutes. Brush
with marinade. Turn over; brush. Broil 4 to 5 minutes until no longer pink.
Boil remaining marinade in saucepan until reduced by a third. Cook noodles
according to package directions. Toss with 3 Tablespoons reduced marinade.
Slice chicken; serve over noodles. Garnish with onion.
