Heat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Heat olive oil in the wok, add asparagus, stir-fry for a couple of minutes. Then add garlic, mix, add tomato sauce and cooking cream and leave for a couple of minutes. Season with curry, veggie spice cube, Tamari soy sauce and Tabasco, mix well and leave for a couple of minutes. Slice mozzarella. Transfer asparagus sauce into baking dish, cover with slices of mozzarella, sprinkle with oregano and bake for 15-20 minutes until the mozzarella melts.
