Fruit and Custard Pie
This recipe is extremely easy to prepare, requires no cooking, and tastes wonderful! 1 and 1/2 packages of Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding or Custard, prepared according to directions. (seeing as you are using 1.5 packs, this would require 24 ounces cold whole milk) 1 ready made Graham Cracker pie crust. 1 Banana 1 Kiwi Fruit 5-6 Fresh Raspberries 3 Large Fresh Strawberries Prepare Pudding/Custard as directed. Immediately pour into Graham Cracker pie crust before pudding sets. Slice Bananas, Strawberries, and Kiwis into 1/4 inch slices. Arrange fruit in a circle, starting in the middle of the pie. I start with the Raspberries in the center, next ring would be the Kiwi, followed by the Bananas, and finally the Strawberries. Chill for 20 minutes and serve. Its that easy!! Difficulty: 2 Prep Time: 10 minutes Enjoy!! -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at . Only recipes and recipe requests are accepted for posting.
