Just recently in Houston, a great little place, Eatzi's closed. They had
this amazing goat cheese spread with marinated red bell on the bottom and
topped with a basil pesto. It was delicious. But since this placed has
closed, I can't get it there and don't know where else to look - even
online. Does anyone have any ideas of where I can find it or any good
recipes that are similar. Thank yo so much. I'm craving it!

Ruth's Chris Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipe
Hello!
I love your website and find so many great recipes here! Could you please,
please, please post a recipe similar to Ruth's Chris Stuffed Chicken
Breast? It is an oven roasted chicken breast stuffed with garlic and herb
cheese. I want to make it this Christmas for myself and my fiance. Thanks
for your consideration!
Sincerely,

Subject: Joe Muggs Chocolate Chip Cookies
From: "S.Geerling" >
I love chocolate, and the large, chocolate-laden cookies at Joe Muggs
coffee shop are truly the best I've ever had. The are large (about 4"),
and thick (about 3/4" at the highest in the middle), and they seem to have
several different configurations of milk chocolate in them (round disks,
chunks). They also have a slight toffee-like crunch; it's similar to a
rice cereal type crunch, but not as airy. I don't actually see chunks of
Heath-bar type toffee in them, and if its toffee, it's very subtle, not a
stick-in-your-teeth kind of toffee. They don't have any nuts in them. Does
anyone have a recipe for this cookie? I have been unsuccessful finding it
on the internet. Thanks!
