Default No Bake Mini Cheesecakes

Requested: "TOTINY"
Subject: Mini Cheesecakes
Hi I would like to make mini cheesecakes in cup cake papers.

No Bake Mini Cheesecakes

1 box No Bake Cheesecake
5 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
2 Tbsp. sugar
1-1/2 cups cold milk
Pie filling, optional (ie. cherry, strawberry)

Mix crust mix, butter and sugar until well blended. Spoon evenly into
cupcake wrappers. Press crust mixture onto bottoms of cups. Beat milk and
filling mix with electric mixer on low speed until blended. Beat on medium
speed about 3 minutes. Filling will be thick. Spoon into wrappers.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Add dollap of pie filling to top if desired.

*I have also seen this made with Nilla Wafers in the bottom instead of the
mixed crust. Tastes great either way.
