Default Chow Mein Noodle Cookies

Beaver Dams (aka Hay Stacks)

1 (12oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 (12oz.) bag butterscotch chips
1 (18oz.) pkg. chow mein noodles
1-2 Cups salted peanuts, chopped

Heat chocolate and butterscotch chips in double boiler until soft. Add
chow mein noodles and peanuts. Form into balls and cool on waxed paper or
just drop spoonfuls of mixture on waxed paper. Let cool until firm.

* I have used just a saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly until all
the chips are melted.
** you might try your microwave.
