Authentic Amish recipe
This was served at a frolic(work party) that I attended. Tastes best with
Miracle Whip salad dressing, and a little on the dry side(over bake a tad)

Beef and Macaroni Casserole

Recipe from Anna Hertzler Raber

1 lb Ground beef
8 oz. cooked macaroni
2 eggs
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup salad dressing
1/4 cup onion
1 cup grated cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Margarine

Mix beef, eggs, catsup, milk, onion and salt Mix macaroni, mustard, pepper
and salad dressing. Spread Macaroni mixture in a 2 qt dish. Spread beef
mixture over the top. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with buttered bread
crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
