Chow Mein Noodle Cookies

In a heavy pan, combine:
12 oz (2 cups) chocolate chips
12 oz (2 cups) butterscotch chips

Cook slowly over very low heat, stirring frequently, until melted. Remove
from heat and stir in 6 oz (3 cups) chow mein noodles Stir quickly to coat
all the noodles Drop the desired size balls on wax paper until cooled /
hardened. If desired, you can add a few peanuts, cashew pieces or walnut
pieces along with the noodles.
