Impossible Pumpkin Pie

Source:Betty Crocker Bisquick Family Favorites, 1991
Preheat oven to 350F.

1 can (16 ounces) pumpkin
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons vanilla

Grease pie plate, 10x1 1/2 inches Beat all ingredients in blender on high
speed 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake 50 to 55 minutes
or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
