Crock Pot Broccoli Rice Cheese

1 sm. onion, diced
1/4 cup butter
2 cup Minute Rice
2 cup water
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
Cheez Whiz (med. or lg. jar)
2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli

Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 7 hours or high for 2
to 3 hours. Makes a full crock pot.


Broccoli Rice and Cheeese

1 cup uncooked instant rice
4 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (12-fluid-ounce size) evaporated milk
1 can (10 3/4-ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In
prepared container, combine uncooked rice, broccoli, and onion. Add
evaporated milk and mushroom soup. Mix well to combine. Stir in Cheddar
cheese. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours. Mix well before serving.
