Mushrooms, Onions And Anchovies

1 1/2 pounds mushrooms, washed, quartered
1 onion, peeled, chopped fine
4 filets of anchovy, chopped fine
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons milk
seasonings to taste

Put all ingredients in a sauce pan. Cover. Let cook for about 5 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
