From: >
out west, in utah, there is a chain of "fast food" restaurants called
sconecutter. all the sandwiches they serve are made with this "scone."
the
reason i've put the word into quotes is because they're not really
scones...they're a kind of yeasty friend bread in a rectangular shape and
they're very very tasty, even with maple butter spread upon them.
ok. i've called and written sconecutters requesting their recipes but, of
course, they are unwilling to release the info...so, is there anyone out
there in rec.food.recipe land who just might know what i'm talking about
and
happen to have the recipe(s)??
thank you so much, in advance.

What might be done with cauliflower greens and stem pieces?...
For example say you prepare cauliflower,
removing the greens and stem,
then halving the florets,
placing the halves in a pan,
covering with olive oil and
350 degrees until browning happens.

hey there, I've been using a Crock-Pot to cook for quite some time and
I really enjoy it and the results. However, there have been many
instances where I have cooked chicken and it comes out really, really
dry, despite being cooked in a broth or sauce.
Does anyone have recipes which avoid dry chicken in a
crock-pot?

I think this was a recipe published in a Bon Appetit magazine years and
years
ago. I cut out the recipe and we really like it. Now we have lost the
recipe.
Please help.

Hi everyone!
Costco sells an Artichoke Green Chile Spread which I think shgould be easy
to
duplicate. It looks like artichokes and green chile in cream cheese, but
i
tried making it and mine tated completely different. Any recipes out
there?
Thank you very much.
