Default Baked Fish

Baked Fish

2 pounds Haddock, Red Snapper, Halibut or Sole Fillets
1 cup Seasoned Dry Bread Crumbs
3/4 cup Butter, melted
2 Tbsp. dried Parsley Flakes
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. dehydrated Onion Flakes

Cut fish into 6 serving size pieces. Dip each piece into melted
butter to coat. Place in 2 quart, 11x7x2"
baking dish you have sprayed with non-stick spray.
Combine remaining ingredients plus 1/4 cup of melted butter left
from fish. Sprinkle over fish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Yield 6 servings
