Clam Chowder
I have your 6-quart roaster and I got a small cookbook with it and it had
a greate, simple clam chowder recipe in it. I made it a Christmas time but
cannot find the recipe book now. Please, if you have it, could you email
it to me.

Tamale Pie
Some years ago I made a Tamale Pie that used corn torillas layered, kidney
beans, corn, hamburger and it was topped with chili brick.I am not sure
what else it had in it, but it was very good. Anyone have that recipe?? we
called it Tamale Pie it may be called something else.
My family would love to have it again.
Thanks
Vivian
