Default Crunchy Turkey Casserole

Crunchy Turkey Casserole

2 cups cooked Turkey or chicken, I usually use 2 cans drained turkey or
chicken
1 can French Style Green Beans, drained
1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 Tbsp. Cream
1 (4oz.) can sliced Mushrooms, drained
3 oz. Chow Mein Noodles
1 regular size can French Fried Onion Rings

Stir together soup and cream. Cover bottom of 11x7x2" baking dish with 2
cups of meat. Layer French green beans over meat. Evenly distribute
mushrooms over beans. Pour soup mixture over top of everything. Layer
with chow mein noodles then French fried onion rings. Cover with plastic
wrap you have poked a couple of small holes in. Micro-wave on half power
for 10 minutes. Micro-wave 3 minutes at high. It should be hot and
bubbly, if not microwave it some more. Let stand 5 minutes before
serving.
