Default Meatloaf

Meatloaf

1 1/2 pound ground chuck
1/2 pound good quality bulk sausage
2 eggs beaten
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can tomato sauce, divided
1 tablespoon sugar or artificial sweetner
1 teaspoon salt

Beat eggs add half can of tomato sauce, soup mix, sugar and salt. Put in
ground chuck and sausage and mix together well. Put into baking dish,
pour other half of tomato sauce over top and bake at 350 degrees for 1
hour. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving. DO NOT
DRAIN JUICE.
